Code Enforcement

If you wish to file a complaint, have any questions, or wish to file for an extension on a violation notice that was received recently, simply email the code official at: codeenforce@wildwoodcrest.org

The Office of Code Enforcement takes a proactive approach and continuously enforces all aspects of the Property Maintenance Code, Construction Site Standard, and the Garbage and Trash Disposal Codes of the Borough of Wildwood Crest Code.

The construction site maintenance standard was adopted by the Mayor and Commissioners to protect health, safety, and the welfare of all Wildwood Crest residents and applies to all construction sites in the Borough of Wildwood Crest.

The office of Code Enforcement is currently enforcing all recent changes to the sign ordinance of the Borough of Wildwood Crest. To view the sign ordinance;
